Shipping and Delivery Details
We work very hard to have most orders dispatched within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
IMPORTANT: If you are purchasing a product that states that the product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, please note that it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
We offer a FREE postage within the UK on all orders regardless of weight - this will be on a standard Tracked 48 service with Royal Mail.
For express shipping options, please choose the alternative shipping method on the checkout page at an extra charge to yourself.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
Tracking your orders
Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number will be sent via e-mail enabling you to follow its journey from us to you.
At the top of the Home Page you will find the Tracking link and it's here you can input your tracking number.
Please contact us within 5 working days if you have not received your delivery. Although we cannot be held responsible for items once they have been handed over to the courier, we will obviously want to do our best to help resolve the issue.
In the event of your parcel being delayed or missed, please refer back to the tracking information and contact the couriers directly in the first instance.
If you choose to allow orders to be delivered to a chosen safe place or with a neighbour, please be aware that this is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable in the event of items going missing.
